Order Information - TrueNorth

To place an order for herbicide or equipment products with TrueNorth, we require that forms be filled out in advance and faxed to our order desk in Winnipeg.

There are 2 ways to order based upon your desired form of payment.

Option A)	You may wish to apply for credit with us, in which case you will be invoiced at a later date.
Option B)	You may choose to pay by Visa or MasterCard, in which case you would fax your order along with your Visa or M/C authorization. You will receive a copy of the invoice in the mail at a later date.

In either case, you will need to download the fax order form located below.

Credit application. Please fill out the credit application/customer profile form in detail. We need your pesticide License information if you wish to purchase herbicide as well as a PST exemption form if this applies. Please remember that upon approved credit, invoices are Net 30 days following shipment and that late payment will be subject to interest charges.

Visa/MasterCard. Please download and fill out the credit card authorization form. We require your pesticide license information as well as a PST exemption form if this applies. Please remember that a 2% surcharge applies on Credit Card orders in excess of $2,500.00.

PST Exemption. If you are purchasing herbicide for use in Ontario and are exempt from the Ontario Sales Tax, please download to complete and fax to us the PST exemption form provided below. Please remember that without a completed PST exemption form, we are required to charge Ontario Retail Sales Tax.
