NOTE- ASSEMBLY IS EASIEST ON A CLOTH SURFACE!

| STEP 4: Slide the disk on the three loose paddles, making sure the longest notch on the paddles are on the same side as the Bridge Snap Latch (located at each disk slot) (Fig. 4). Slide the disk ¾ of the way down the paddles towards bolted end. (Fig#5) |

| STEP 5:
Bend the loose ends of paddles
so they are met together, to be fastened by the 2nd fastener bolt, making
sure that the OUTSIDE paddle on the already bolted end, is the
INSIDE paddle on the end you’re about to fasten. Also make sure the
middle paddle stays in the middle, and the inside paddle on the bolted end
becomes the outside paddle on the end to be bolted. This is done to make
sure lengths remain the same between ends. Fasten paddles with bolt and clip
as done in step three. (Fig#6) |

| STEP 6: Slide the disk towards the notches in the middle of the paddles. Once aligned, slip the short notches AWAY from the Bridge Snap Lock. This will position the slot over the Bridge Snap Lock. Push down on the paddle on a flat, solid, horizontal surface until the Paddle slot snaps over the Bridge Snap Lock. Repeat for all paddles. Your SURGE BUSTER® is ready to be inserted into your liquid hauling tank through the manhole opening. |
